Toni is the Dance Director at Surfcore Fitness. In addition to teaching Introduction to Hula, Toni has developed a Polynesian dance-inspired workout called PolyFit.
PolyFit is for the dancer wanting to integrate fitness into their body flow, and the workout person who wants to do cardio outside of a machine. This class is open to all! No experience necessary. PolyFit integrates basic hula and Tahitian movements, and HIIT principles to give participants an effective and fun cardio workout.
