UC Regents’ Lecturer
Choreographer Jack Gray
Performance activation and talk by Jack Gray of Aotearoa (NZ) with I Moving Lab (Dåkot-ta Alcantara-Camacho, Sammy Dizon, Toni Pasion and Bianca Hyslop). I LAND 2018 is part of a global movement of Indigenous performance making where contemporary and ancestral activations create a sacred space of communal inclusion and intercultural empowerment. The performance features short works by guest contemporary dance artists from Asia-Pacific and Turtle Island and a new student work choreographed by Gray.
