“I am honored to be part of this TeAda Fellowship and help facilitate self-care workshops for the LA communities– particularly communities of color and those who are constantly giving. As an arts educator and performing artist, my focus is on empowering our heritages and stories, connecting with our ancestors, and using art as a mode of liberation. I look forward to strengthening our connections, and sharing space and methods of self-care, so that we can sustain our energy and good work for our communities.” -Toni
